A full refund of the registration fee if cancellation is made 21 days or more prior to the event. 50% of the registration fee will be charged if cancellation is received between 7 and 20 days prior to the event. Registration fees for an activity are transferable to a subsequent date activity, provided they remain within one year of the date of the first activity. Unless notice is given within 7 days, 100% of the registration fee will be charged, and it will not be possible to transfer the registration to a future cohort. Substituting one participant for another is accepted up to the activity's start date. It must be confirmed as soon as possible and reported by the registrant.
No, we do not have a deadline for registration. We accept participants as long as there is availability in the group. Once the group is full, it will be announced in the event's title.
Yes, you have three weeks to send us the integration work by email, linking it to your reality as a manager in your organization and to the references in your training binder. You will then be notified of your success (or failure), and we will send you your diploma.
