Helen Antoniou, Leadership Coach and Chair of the board of Governors of Concordia University
Helen Antoniou is a leadership coach for corporate executives and their teams, as well as for family business owners and their successors. She is the chair of the board of governors of Concordia University. Helen is also a guest speaker on themes of leadership and governance in family businesses for institutions such as the MIT Sloan School of Management and the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She is the author of the business biography of Eric Molson, her father-in-law and former chairman of Molson Coors Beverage Company, “Back to Beer… and Hockey: The Story of Eric Molson,” which appeared on the Globe and Mail’s “Top 10 Non-Fiction Books” list. Helen holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and Common Law from McGill University, a Master of Laws from the University of Paris II – Assas, France, and a Master of Public Health from Harvard University.
