Vous explorerez des techniques avanc\u00e9es, des approches strat\u00e9giques (BATNA, ZOPA), ainsi que l\u2019importance des \u00e9motions dans le processus.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des simulations immersives et des \u00e9tudes de cas concrets, vous d\u00e9velopperez des comp\u00e9tences pratiques pour g\u00e9rer des interlocuteurs complexes, neutraliser les tactiques d\u00e9stabilisantes et cr\u00e9er des solutions gagnant-gagnant. Ce parcours vous permettra de b\u00e2tir un plan d\u2019action personnalis\u00e9 pour exceller dans vos n\u00e9gociations, qu\u2019elles soient \u00e0 l\u2019interne avec vos coll\u00e8gues, commerciales ou strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<p>Cette certification vise \u00e0 \u00e9quiper les participants, en particulier les gestionnaires, pour qu\u2019ils deviennent des n\u00e9gociateurs avis\u00e9s et efficaces, capables de g\u00e9rer une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de situations de n\u00e9gociation avec assurance et comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c0 QUI S\u2019ADRESSE LA CERTIFICATION ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cette certification s\u2019adresse aux professionnels souhaitant perfectionner leurs comp\u00e9tences en n\u00e9gociation et renforcer leur collaboration avec leurs clients, partenaires, fournisseurs et coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>TRAVAIL D\u2019INT\u00c9GRATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un travail d\u2019int\u00e9gration est obligatoire \u00e0 l\u2019obtention de la Certification. Ce travail est \u00e0 faire \u00e0 la suite\u00a0de la formation. Vous aurez 3 semaines pour le compl\u00e9ter. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une r\u00e9flexion personnelle, l\u2019objectif est de faire le lien entre les apprentissages vus en formation et votre r\u00e9alit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarif :<\/strong> 3 595 $ + taxes<\/p>\n<p>Des rabais sont offerts aux organismes \u00e0 but non lucratif (15%) et gouvernementaux (10%).<\/p>\n<p>Des tarifs avantageux sont aussi offerts lorsque trois participants ou plus, provenant d\u2019une m\u00eame entreprise, s\u2019inscrivent aux formations.
